Job summary

Bauer Foundations Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled SAP BW/4HANA analyst to model data structures, develop ABAP/AMDP logic, and deliver SAC-based dashboards. You will integrate BW with SAC for BI, planning, and predictive analytics, ensuring high-performance data architectures.

Ideal candidates have several years of experience in BW/4HANA and SAC, with strong English communication and a degree in CS/IT. The role offers modern software/hardware and an international team across continents.

Job description

Your tasks:

• Model and manage SAP BW data structures such as InfoObjects, ADSO, and CompositeProviders, and implement ETL processes using Transformations and Data Transfer Processes (DTP) on SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA
• Develop custom logic for data processing by leveraging ABAP and AMDP programming to optimize transformation and loading processes in SAP BW
• Design and deliver advanced reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office to enable effective data visualization and business intelligence
• Integrate SAP BW with SAP Analytics Cloud and create interactive dashboards, reports, and data stories for BI, Planning, and Predictive Analytics
• Collaborate on data architecture and performance optimization, ensuring scalable, high-performing models and leveraging HANA SQL for query and system efficiency

Your profile:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, including data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting
• Strong programming skills in ABAP and AMDP, with a focus on custom transformations and performance optimization
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, particularly SAP Analytics Cloud (BI, Planning, Predictive) and Analysis for Office
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
