Job summary

BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a SAP BW Developer to design and optimize data structures, ETL, and reporting within BW/4HANA.

You will work with SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office to deliver interactive dashboards and data stories, collaborating on architecture and performance improvements. Fluency in English is required for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Several years of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud experience.
• Strong ABAP and AMDP programming for transformations and performance.
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office for BI/Planning.

Responsibilities

• Model and manage SAP BW data structures (InfoObjects, ADSO, CompositeProviders) and implement ETL via DTP on BW/4HANA.
• Develop ABAP/AMDP logic to optimize transformations and loading processes.
• Design and deliver reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office for BI, Planning, and Predictive analytics.
• Integrate SAP BW with SAC and create dashboards and data stories for BI and planning needs.
• Collaborate on data architecture and optimize performance with HANA SQL.

For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new IT team member as SAP BW Developer (m/f/x).

• Model and manage SAP BW data structures such as InfoObjects, ADSO, and CompositeProviders, and implement ETL processes using Transformations and Data Transfer Processes (DTP) on SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA
  
• Develop custom logic for data processing by leveraging ABAP and AMDP programming to optimize transformation and loading processes in SAP BW
  
• Design and deliver advanced reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office to enable effective data visualization and business intelligence
  
• Integrate SAP BW with SAP Analytics Cloud and create interactive dashboards, reports, and data stories for BI, Planning, and Predictive Analytics
  
• Collaborate on data architecture and performance optimization, ensuring scalable, high-performing models and leveraging HANA SQL for query and system efficiency

Your profile:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
  
• Several years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, including data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting
  
• Strong programming skills in ABAP and AMDP, with a focus on custom transformations and performance optimization
  
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, particularly SAP Analytics Cloud (BI, Planning, Predictive) and Analysis for Office
  
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
