Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in the Philippines seeks an experienced SAP BW/HANA Manager to lead data management, analytics, and business transformation initiatives within the client’s Digital Core Modernization practice. You will oversee data models, integrations, and analytics solutions while guiding teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

You will mentor team members, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful project delivery in a hybrid setup at BGC/Taguig.

Qualifications

7+ years of SAP BW/HANA experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA.
Experience leading data analytics projects or technical teams.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions aligned with client requirements.
Analyze complex business/data requirements and develop data models to support reporting/decision-making.
Oversee data integration and migration using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI.
Collaborate with clients to optimize data management processes and data quality.
Mentor teams and drive data-driven engagements.
Provide technical guidance and training on SAP data/analytics solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, quality, and compliance across SAP environments.
Manage project deliverables and timelines with clients.
Identify opportunities for process automation and innovative analytics adoption.
Build client relationships and communicate complex data concepts clearly.
