Job summary

Cedarside Industries, Inc. is seeking a capable SAP Business One & IT Support Specialist in Quezon City. You will be the primary contact for SAP B1 users and internal IT support, ensuring system reliability, building in‑house knowledge, and maintaining IT assets.

Responsibilities include providing day‑to‑day SAP and IT support, troubleshooting, reporting, and collaborating on technology solutions to boost efficiency. The role requires a degree in IT and hands‑on SAP/Crystal Reports experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Business One — functional configuration, user support, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports for layout and report development.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and standard IT hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT asset management, software licensing, and equipment maintenance is an advantage.

Position Title: SAP Business One & IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a capable and solution-oriented SAP Business One & IT Support Specialist who combines functional SAP expertise with hands‑on IT technical skills. This role serves as the primary point of contact for SAP Business One users and internal IT support — ensuring system reliability, building in‑house knowledge, managing reporting layouts, and maintaining our IT infrastructure and assets.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Business One Support

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support to all SAP Business One users, promptly addressing and resolving system-related inquiries and concerns.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of SAP issues — including printing modules, attachment downloads, report generation, and system configuration matters.
• Build internal capability: Develop and strengthen the organization’s in‑house SAP knowledge and support proficiency to reduce reliance on external consultants.
• Design, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports layouts aligned with business and user requirements.

Technical IT Support & Systems Administration

• Maintain working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and standard hardware/software troubleshooting procedures.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment to ensure full operational readiness.
• Manage IT assets and software licenses: Track records, warranties, equipment condition, and security-related information.
• Provide technical assistance for system access, application errors, connectivity issues, and other IT-related incidents.
• Collaborate in identifying IT requirements and contribute to the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that support business operations.
• Monitor system performance, assist in infrastructure maintenance, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
