Job Responsibilities

• Provides SAP software maintenance and support to correct system errors, user inquiries, concerns, and problems.
• Provides SAP troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of system configurations and changes.
• Designs and creates Crystal Reports for SAP Business One.
• Conducts Crystal Reports training and installation for clients.
• Improves system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work on site and have excellent analytical and problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Must have knowledge and experience in SQL Server, SAP Business One, and SAP Crystal Reports installation.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP B1 Hana and other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power BI / Microsoft Report Builder and Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
• Experience in software support and development is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and be deployed all over the country.
