Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently seeks an experienced SAP Basis Manager to lead SAP Basis workstreams, overseeing installation, configuration, administration, development and support of SAP products. You will guide teams to deliver client projects with integrity and scale strategic technology plans.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and drive process improvements across SAP platforms while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and successful delivery.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver
• Experience utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
