Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an SAP Basis professional in a hybrid 50% arrangement. The role targets Senior Associate or Manager levels, with full-time employment and a day shift schedule in Metro Manila.

You will manage SAP Basis administration, installation, and support across SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and S/4HANA environments while coordinating with clients and teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis and related administration
• Experience with installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of SAP systems
• At least 1–2 full life cycle SAP implementation projects
• Experience with SAP RISE and SAP HANA/NetWeaver
• Experience working with clients or business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on SAP Basis administration, configuration, installation, and support

The Role

We are looking for SAP Basis professionals to support SAP technology environments, including system administration, configuration, implementation, and technical support.

Depending on your experience and scope of responsibility, you may be considered for a Senior Associate or Managerposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on SAP Basis administration, configuration, installation, and support

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP systems and environments

• Support SAP system operations, performance, availability, and technical stability

• Work with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments

• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and support activities

• Support SAP S/4HANA environments and transformation initiatives

• Analyze technical issues and provide appropriate solutions

• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 4–9 years of relevant experience for Senior Associate; 9+ years for Manager

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis

• Experience with SAP system installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting

• At least 1–2 full life cycle SAP implementation projects

• Experience with SAP RISE

• Experience with SAP HANA and/or SAP NetWeaver

• Experience working directly with clients and/or business stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or implementing SAP S/4HANA

• SAP certification in Basis, S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Technology, or related areas

• Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, or SAP Security

• Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, or technical transformation projects

• Experience with automation or process optimization

For Manager-Level Candidates

In addition to the technical requirements above, Manager-level candidates should have experience in:

• Leading SAP Basis projects or technical workstreams

• Managing project delivery, timelines, and technical issues

• Guiding and mentoring SAP Basis consultants

• Managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations

• Providing technical direction and solution recommendations

• Taking ownership of delivery and supporting quality and service standards

Compensation

• Senior Associate: Up to ₱85,000/month

• Manager: Up to ₱150,000/month
