Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator/Consultant for on-site work in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. You will install, configure, monitor, and optimize SAP systems, manage transports and security, and support upgrades and migrations.

The role requires 3+ years in SAP Basis or related tasks, strong SAP architecture knowledge, and experience with Linux/Windows and databases. Cloud and SAP HANA experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years in SAP Basis or SAP technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration (ABAP/Java stacks).
• Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Linux/Windows OS and database administration fundamentals.

Your Role

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in SAP technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration (ABAP/Java stacks)
• Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) and database administration fundamentals

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Experience with SAP HANA administration and migration
• Familiarity with cloud environments hosting SAP systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of SAP security, transport management system (TMS), and client administration
• Experience with SAP upgrades, kernel updates, and system refreshes
• Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise support environments
