Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator/Consultant to install, configure and maintain SAP systems, ensuring high availability. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across SAP environments, plus managing transports, users, and security.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SAP Basis or SAP tech support, strong SAP architecture knowledge (ABAP/Java), and OS/database administration fundamentals. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in SAP technical support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and ABAP/Java stacks.
• Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Linux/Windows OS and database administration fundamentals.

Your Role

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in SAP technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and administration (ABAP/Java stacks)
• Experience with SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) and database administration fundamentals

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with SAP HANA administration and migration
• Familiarity with cloud environments hosting SAP systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of SAP security, transport management system (TMS), and client administration
• Experience with SAP upgrades, kernel updates, and system refreshes
• Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise support environments
