Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an SAP Ariba P2P Functional Consultant to provide L2 application support with emphasis on Guided Buying, PR/PO processing, approvals, and SAP S/4HANA integration in the Philippines.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of PRs, POs, GR, supplier invoicing, and integration challenges, plus strong incident management and stakeholder communication skills to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
• Hands-on experience with Guided Buying.
• End-to-end Procure-to-Pay process understanding.
• Strong incident-management and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Customer Administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 functional support: SAP Ariba & Guided Buying.
• Handle Requisition, PO, Goods Receipt, Invoicing processes and approvals.
• Perform approval-flow troubleshooting and administrative regularization.
• Troubleshoot Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice creation and status issues.
• Analyze Ariba-to-SAP S/4HANA integration failures involving requisitions, POs, receipts, invoices, budget checks, and payment processing.
• Perform data extraction and operational reporting from SAP Ariba.
• Identify recurring incidents and recommend automation or permanent corrective actions.
• Work on process improvements rather than repeating manual workarounds.

Role Summary

We are looking for SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing Functional Consultant to provide L2

application support with strong experience in Guided Buying, PR/PO processing,

approval workflows, Goods Receipt, supplier invoicing, Ariba Network and SAP

S/4HANA integration.

The candidate should have hands-on experience resolving PRs stuck in Approved or

Composing status, ERP push and budget-check errors, PO creation failures, approval

regularization, approver/delegation changes, GR reversals, supplier invoice issues,

master-data updates and user-access problems. Experience in SAP Ariba Customer

Administration, P2P production support, incident management and integration

troubleshooting is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 functional support:
• SAP Ariba & Guided Buying
• Requestion, PO, Goods Receipt, Invoicing process and approvals
• Perform approval-flow troubleshooting and administrative regularization.
