Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is seeking an SAP Analyst for our Santa Barbara Iloilo site. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP modules in a food-industry environment, data migration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include manufacturing execution, stock movement monitoring, stock transfers, and processing of sales orders, delivery, and shipment events, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• SAP experience (At least 2 SAP Modules such as Forecast-To-Stock, Procure-To-Pay, and Order-To-Cash).
• Willing to work extended hours as needed.
• Willing for a Night Shift or Day Shift.
• Fast learner, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Performs Manufacturing Execution: Production Order release, production confirmation, and completion.
• Checks and analyzes postings in Production Order: documented goods movement, Good Receipt/Good Issue variances, stock overview.
• Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks; displays stock in transit (Inbound/Outbound).
• Performs Plant-to-Plant transfer: stock transfer order creation, shipment creation, picking, Post Goods Issue.
• Monitors stock movement and material documents; stock overview.
• Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Processing: Delivery Order creation, Billing creation.
• Analyzes and generates SAP reports periodically or as needed.
• Demonstrates health and safety awareness and adheres to company rules.
