Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Santa Barbara Iloilo is seeking an SAP Analyst to analyze business requirements, configure SAP modules in a food industry, and collaborate cross-functionally on data migration, performance monitoring, and system configuration.

The role requires a graduate with SAP experience in at least two modules (Forecast-To-Stock, Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash), and willingness to work extended hours on Night or Day shifts.

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• SAP experience (2 modules min: Forecast-To-Stock, Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash).
• Willing to work extended hours as needed.
• Willing for Night Shift or Day Shift.
• Fast learner, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Performs Manufacturing Execution: Production Order release, Production confirmation, and completion.
• Checks and analyzes postings in Production Order: Documented goods movement, Good Receipt/Good Issue variances, Stock overview.
• Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks; displays stock in transit (Inbound and Outbound).
• Performs Plant-To-Plant transfer; creates stock transfer orders, shipments, picking, and Post Goods Issue.
• Monitors Stock Movement; handles Material Document List and Stock overview.
• Manages Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Processing: Delivery Order creation and Billing creation.
• Analyzes and generates SAP reports periodically or as needed.
• Demonstrates health and safety awareness and compliance with Company Rules.
