Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is seeking a SAP Analyst to analyze business requirements and configure SAP modules for a food industry. The role covers requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

The analyst will perform Manufacturing Execution, monitor stock movements, and process sales orders and shipments while ensuring safety and adherence to company rules. Night or day shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• SAP experience (At least 2 SAP Modules such as Forecast-To-Stock Production Planning, Procure-To-Pay and Order-To-Cash)
• Willing to work extended hours, as needed
• Willing for a Night Shift or Day Shift
• Fast learner, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Performs Manufacturing Execution: Production Order release.
• Production confirmation
• Performs completion
• Checks And Analyzes Postings In Production Order: Documented goods movement
• Good Receipt - Good Issue Variances
• Stock Overview
• Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks
• Displays stock in transit (Inbound and Outbound)
• Performs Plant-To-Plant transfer
• Stock transfer order creation
• Shipment Creation
• Picking
• Post Goods Issue
• Monitors Stock Movement: Material Document List
• Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Processing
• Delivery Order creation
• Billing creation
• Analyzes and generates SAP reports periodically or as needed.
