Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Execution: release, confirm, and complete Production Orders.
• Check and analyze postings in Production Order, goods movement, and stock variances.
• Monitor inbound/outbound stock and stock transfers between plants.
• Process Sales Orders, Delivery and Shipment, including billing creation.
• Analyze and generate SAP reports as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company rules; participate in special projects.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Data Encoder encodes and analyzes all transactions from Forecast -To-Stock Production Planning (FTS-PP), Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order-To-Cash (OTC) while meeting operational needs, priorities, and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Knowledge in System Application and Products (SAP) modules (FTS-PP, PTP and OTC)
• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

1. Performs Manufacturing Execution:

• Production Order release.
• Production confirmation
• Performs completion

2. Checks and analyzes postings in Production Order:

• Documented goods movement
• Good Receipt - Good Issue Variances
• Stock Overview

3. Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks

• Displays stock in transit (Inbound and Outbound)

4. Performs Plant -To-Plant transfer

• Stock transfer order creation
• Shipment Creation
• Picking
• Post Goods Issue

5. Monitors Stock Movement.

• Material Document List
• Stock overview

6. Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Processing

• Delivery Order creation
• Billing creation

7. Analyzes and generate SAP reports periodically or as needed.

8. Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.

10. Undertakes special projects or technical studies as requested by San Miguel Foods Inc.
