Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an SAP Expert/Controller Supervisor to lead SAP processes for production tracking, inventory control, audits, and reporting within our poultry processing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of SAP functional experience, with preference for candidates experienced in manufacturing or supply chain, strong leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail in a cold-storage environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-5 years of SAP functional experience.
• With experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations if preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and inventory flows.
• Analytical and Detail‑Oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely SAP transactions
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP process improvements
• Maintain master data, system configurations, and documentation
• Investigate system discrepancies, reversals, and data inconsistencies
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls
• Generate and validate SAP reports for management and operations
• Provide SAP user training and technical guidance
