Tasq Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a SAP ABAP Senior Manager to lead and manage SAP technologies, ABAP development, and business transformation initiatives. The role emphasizes delivering solutions, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement for client engagements.

You will work within our SAP practice, collaborating with clients to analyze needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for successful integration and utilization of business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 to 15 years of SAP-related experience required.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technology initiatives including installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products.
• Develop and optimize SAP ABAP solutions to improve business processes.

As a SAP ABAP Senior Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, influence, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. In this role, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting group, specializing within our SAP practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This position offers the opportunity to drive project success through strategic advising and problem-solving, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP technology initiatives, including installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products
• Managing and developing SAP ABAP solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution to support client objectives
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver impactful data insights and visualizations
• Directing business transformation projects, leveraging SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for seamless integration

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
