Job summary

One Food Group in Bulacan is seeking a Pest Control / sanitation professional to supervise pest control operations and ensure sanitary standards across production, storage, and high-risk areas. You will coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and other departments, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement in hygiene and safety practices, in line with food safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Pest Control / Sanitation (Food Manufacturing / Construction).
• Willing to be assigned in STA.MARIA, BULACAN.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pest control operations and coordinate with third-party pest management providers.
• Conduct routine inspections of production, storage, utility, and high-risk areas for pest activity and sanitation issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of sanitation programs, cleaning schedules, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
• Investigate pest sightings, sanitation deviations, and safety incidents; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper waste management chemical handling, and storage practices.
• Conduct safety and sanitation orientations/training for employees and contractors.
• Prepare inspection reports, audit documents, trend analysis, and monitoring records.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and other departments regarding corrective actions and facility improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement in hygiene, safety culture, and pest prevention practices.
