Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples and invoices for internal and external customers
• Arrange local or international dispatch of samples
• Manage physical inventory and maintenance of files for raw materials, flavor samples and lab supplies
• Support the application laboratory in any activity and preparations requiring additional help
• Schedule calibration and equipment maintenance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies
• BS Food Technology or related field
• Experience: Lab Related Experience (preferably food-related exposure), fresh graduates are welcome
• Demonstrates proficiency in using common PC applications (Excel & Word, MS Access)
• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety, laboratory practices (GLPs), good manufacturing practices (GMPs), hygiene and environmental guidelines/ requirements
