Qualifications

• Open to Fresh Graduates in any Food, Engineer, or related courses.
• Lab Related Experience (preferably food-related exposure).
• Proficiency in common PC applications (Excel, Word, MS Access).
• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety, Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and hygiene/environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing prototypes for sweets and savory applications.
• Support the Application Specialist in conducting experiments and trials.
• Participate in sensory evaluations for selected projects.
• Manage inventory, stock monitoring, and ordering of raw materials.
• Prepare and dispatch samples for local customers.
• Schedule and coordinate calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S policies.
