Job summary

Ex Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a warm, organized front desk host for our salon in Santo Niño, Nueva Ecija. You’ll greet clients, check them in, coordinate with stylists, and manage bookings and payments.

This role requires a high school diploma, friendly professional presence, strong multitasking, and familiarity with scheduling software and POS systems; weekend/evening availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuinely friendly, professional presence with clients.
• Strong organization and multitasking across phone, desk, and walk-ins.
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and a POS.
• Reliable attendance, including Saturdays and evenings.
• Discretion with client information and salon business.
• Salon/front-desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Wess System scheduling software.
• Knowledge of hair and skincare product lines is a plus.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients by name, check them in, and hand them off to their stylist.
• Offer beverages, hang coats, keep the waiting area comfortable.
• Learn regulars' preferences and note them in their client profile.
• Handle complaints and service concerns calmly; elevate to the manager when needed.
• Answer calls, texts, and DMs; book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Match services to the right stylist and the right time block.
• Send appointment reminders and manage the waitlist to fill last-minute openings.
• Enforce the cancellation and no-show policy consistently.
• Process payments, packages, gift cards, and memberships on POS system.
• Recommend and sell retail products based on what the stylist used.

About the role

The front desk sets the tone for every client's visit. You're the first person they see when they walk in and the last one they talk to before they leave, and you're the one keeping the book full and the day running on time. This is a good fit for someone who's warm with people, quick with a schedule, and unbothered when the phone rings while a client is checking out and a stylist needs a color order placed.
