Job summary

VISEO ASIA seeks a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to implement Core SFCC concepts, cartridges, pipelines, and DS scripting. You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver robust ecommerce UX/UI solutions, integrate third-party apps, and ensure smooth production environments.

Multilingual store handling is a plus. The role involves collaborating on large projects with internal and external resources and providing technical contact for third-party agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Core SFCC programming concepts (OOP).
• Proficient with SFCC cartridges, pipelines, and scripting (DS).
• Solid understanding of SFRA, ISML, and Business Manager workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business to drive technical vision for ecommerce UX/UI.
• Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders for enhancements.
• Identify and resolve web experience errors and issues.
• Participate in testing, QA, and automated regression testing.
• Monitor order/catalog flows and scheduled jobs.
• Provide technical support for Commerce Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Key business partner to drive technical vision supporting business goals


• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to deliver the desired ecommerce UX/UI experience and gather specifications for new enhancements and applicants


• Continuous identification and resolution of errors/bugs/issues throughout web experience


• Participate in testing framework for unit, quality assurance, end user, automated regression testing


• Monitor order flow, catalog flow, scheduled jobs, etc.


• Provides technical support of Commerce Cloud platform for the Direct to Consumer team


• Participate in development of large projects with internal and 3rd party resources


• Responsible for utilizing 3rd party agencies' assets/modules and be their technical contact person


• Responsible for providing the development and production server environments to 3rd party agencies and outside developers.


• Performs other related duties as assigned

Profile

• Experience in implementing Core SFCC programming concepts (OOP), Cartridges, Pipelines,


• SFCC Script (DS), Forms Framework, ISML, Custom Objects, Data Integration.


• SFRA, Business Manager, Business configuration flows (Campaigns, Promotions, Catalogs, Inventory,


• Pricebooks, Content management), Social Integrations.


• Handling BM for Multilingual stores


• Experience in integrating 3rd Party app to existing Store.
