Job summary
NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our in‑house IT team in Manila, with Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite. You will design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Pardot, DocuSign, and related products, collaborating with BAs and developers.
The role emphasizes hands‑on configuration, governance of security/sharing, and end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce enhancements in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, ideally with Pardot, DocuSign and CPQ.
- Custom development (workflows, process builders and flows) within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification desirable.
- Experience with Gearset, Gitlab or other deployment tools is advantageous.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce architecture and configuration across Salesforce offerings.
- Configure and customize Salesforce including Sales Cloud, Pardot, DocuSign and CPQ.
- Create profiles, permission sets, security rules and custom objects/fields.
- Design reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.
- Collaborate with BA, technical consultants and developers on deployments.
