About the job Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business analysts and functional consultants to understand client requirements.
• Design and document Salesforce configurations, workflows, processes, and data models.
• Develop and implement complex solutions using native Salesforce functionality, integrations, and customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Manage and mentor technical team members, providing guidance and ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver successful projects.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) development to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (familiarity with additional Clouds a plus).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture best practices and design principles.
• Experience in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and security best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• A minimum of one of the following Salesforce certifications (or equivalent):
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect (SCA)
  • Salesforce Certified Solution Architect - Professional (CSAP)
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator)
