About The Role

The Technical Architect at Aether Global is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role bridges the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation, providing strategic guidance on system architecture, integration, and technology adoption. The Technical Architect will also engage directly with clients onsite, participate in presales activities, and support solution proposals to ensure customer requirements are met with optimal technical strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Develop end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise applications, platforms, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT standards.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, guiding best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Integration Strategy: Architect and oversee integration solutions across multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Client Engagement: Work onsite with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, provide guidance, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Presales & Proposal Support: Collaborate with sales and solution teams in presales activities, including technical presentations, demos, and proposal development.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, providing recommendations for adoption to enhance system capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify technical risks, ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, and define mitigation strategies.
• Performance & Scalability: Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through appropriate architecture decisions and continuous monitoring.
• Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance artifacts for internal and external audits.
