Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to implement and optimize Sales Cloud solutions. You will design, develop, and test custom components, and integrate with external systems to streamline sales workflows.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong Sales Cloud expertise, and proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL. Certification in Platform Developer I is required, with II a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 but preferably up to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (must-have).
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices and scalable design.
• Build and maintain Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes/triggers.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and technology teams to enhance CRM capabilities.
• Ensure high levels of data integrity and platform performance.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and release management.
• Provide technical documentation and training as needed.
