Job summary

Komforce is seeking a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to design, customize, and optimize Sales Cloud solutions that support our sales processes in Manila. You will translate business needs into scalable, well-documented code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL, with robust integrations via APIs.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong Sales Cloud expertise, Platform Developer I certification, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (must-have).
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; II a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.
• Build and maintain Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes/triggers.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to enhance CRM capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and platform performance.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and release management.
• Provide technical documentation and training as needed.
