Enroute in Mexico is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer focused on Sales Cloud to support a leading insurance platform. You will develop enhancements, fix production issues, maintain data integrity, and build reconciliation reports for Salesforce integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Required are 4+ years of Salesforce development, strong Sales Cloud experience, advanced Apex, and proficiency with SFDX, CI/CD, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop enhancements and resolve production defects in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Perform bulk data cleanup and data corrections.
• Build and maintain Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processes.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Execute SOQL queries and build reports and dashboards.
• Create daily reconciliation reports based on agent feed integrations.
• Participate in deployments using SFDX and CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Sales Cloud experience.
• Advanced Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Processing).
• Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Flows.
• SFDX, Git, and CI/CD deployment tools.
• REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, Connected Apps.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Event-driven architecture experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II is a plus).
• Insurance industry experience.

Important Notes

• Advanced Apex experience is mandatory.
• Sales Cloud experience is required (Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud alone is not sufficient).
• Experience with SFDX and CI/CD is required (Change Sets only are not acceptable).
• Candidates should be available to start immediately or on short notice.
• This role requires direct interaction with client stakeholders in English
