Everforth Apex Systems Mexico seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer (7+ years) to lead the development and migration of CRM solutions into Salesforce. You will work with architects, owners, and delivery leadership to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce implementations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (7+ years of experience) to lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions supporting a large-scale CRM consolidation and migration initiative into Salesforce.

This role will partner closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Leadership to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce technical expertise with strong solution design capabilities and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving technical excellence across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flow, and other Salesforce platform technologies
• Own technical implementation activities for CRM migration and consolidation projects, including data migration, data quality, and system integration efforts
• Design and develop scalable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and Integration Patterns
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system designs
• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce development activities, providing guidance and direction to junior and mid-level developers
• Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, security guidelines, and governance processes
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and testable solutions
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, and provide root cause analysis
• Support release planning, CI/CD implementation, deployment management, and environment strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, Architects, and external vendors
• Create and maintain technical design documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment documentation
• Contribute to platform strategy, roadmap discussions, and Salesforce best practice recommendations

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise with: Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components and Salesforce Flows and Automation Tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform limitations, and best practices.
• Strong experience with Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permissions, and role hierarchy.
• Extensive experience building and supporting REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading CRM migration, transformation, or consolidation programs
• Salesforce Certifications
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations with multiple integrations
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical delivery teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps Center and modern release management practices
