Job summary

DXC Technology Morocco is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to functionally consult, administer, and analyze business needs in a dynamic environment. You will translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, implement declarative configurations, and support end-to-end delivery with stakeholders and technical teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration across IT and business units, ongoing production support, and adherence to best practices in a managed services setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience including functional consulting, administration, or business analysis.
• Strong Salesforce administration and declarative configuration skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, security/access, data model, reports, and dashboards.
• Excellent requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and functional analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting production Salesforce environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SLA-driven delivery within a managed services environment.

• Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities such as Flow, objects/fields, Record Types, Permission Sets, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience/certification
• Experience with Agile, ITIL, Jira/Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
