Job summary

Momentive Software in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team. You will configure user setups, manage permissions, roles, profiles, reports and dashboards, and handle data loads, with a focus on platform security and best practices.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce, including Lightning UI, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and REST API integration, and works well with a geographically dispersed team in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce platform areas: administration, development, data management, integration, security, deployment.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI is a plus.
• Knowledge of creating Roles, Profiles, Page Layouts, Workflow rules, and Approval Processes.
• Proficient in developing APEX classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Controllers, and Workflows.

Responsibilities

• Good Analytical skills and issue debugging (troubleshooting skills).
• Proficient in Salesforce user setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profile management, and user creation, reports and Dashboard management, Data load.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, ensuring the platform's effective use.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI is a plus.
• Knowledge on Git, Bitbucket.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written, coordinate with team members and clients to meet deliverables.
• Additional duties as assigned.
