Inchcape Digital is seeking a Salesforce Developer to drive scalable Salesforce solutions, ensure platform reliability, and mentor development teams. You will lead complex enterprise initiatives and collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering Leaders to deliver roadmap initiatives.

The role requires strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, security models, and governor limits, with hands-on DevOps and release management experience to maintain high-availability systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Salesforce architecture, development, and production support across enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Own and drive resolution of critical production incidents (P1/P2) and perform root-cause analysis.
• Design, review, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, integrations, and declarative automation.
• Establish engineering standards, review designs and code, and govern best practices across teams.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release management.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering Leaders on roadmaps.
• Mentor Salesforce developers to foster technical excellence and operational discipline.

We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to drive scalable Salesforce solutions, ensure platform reliability, mentor development teams, and lead complex enterprise initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead Salesforce architecture, development, and production support across enterprise-scale initiatives, ensuring platform scalability, security, and performance.
• Own and drive resolution of critical production incidents (P1/P2), conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Design, review, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative automation.
• Establish engineering standards, review technical designs and code, and govern best practices across delivery teams.
• Drive Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, testing strategies, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering Leaders to deliver roadmap initiatives and mitigate technical risks.
• Mentor Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and operational discipline.

About you

• Solid experience of Salesforce development, architecture, and production support experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex, LWC, Salesforce architecture, integrations, security models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end technical delivery, incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support in high-availability environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, scratch org strategies, and release management.
