Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Developer to drive scalable Salesforce solutions, ensure platform reliability, and mentor development teams across enterprise initiatives.

You will own design and delivery of Apex, LWC, and integrations, while advancing DevOps practices, incident management, and performance optimization in a fast-growing automotive distributor environment.

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, and JavaScript Developer I certifications.
• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, development and production support.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, integrations, security models and governor limits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture, development, and production support across enterprise-scale initiatives, ensuring platform scalability, security, and performance.
• Own and drive resolution of critical production incidents (P1/P2), conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Design, review, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative automation.
• Establish engineering standards, review technical designs and code, and govern best practices across delivery teams.
• Drive Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, testing strategies, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering Leaders to deliver roadmap initiatives and mitigate technical risks.
• Mentor Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and operational discipline.

About you

• Solid experience of Salesforce development, architecture, and production support experience.
• Active Mandatory Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I & II / App Builder / JavaScript Developer I).
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex, LWC, Salesforce architecture, integrations, security models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end technical delivery, incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support in high-availability environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, scratch org strategies, and release management.
