Inchcape Digital in the Philippines is seeking a experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise initiatives.

You will own architecture, drive DevOps, mentor teams, and collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering Leaders to deliver roadmap initiatives.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, performance, and a culture of technical excellence in a fast-growing automotive technology company.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and production support.
• Active Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, JavaScript Developer I).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, integrations, security models, governor limits.
• Experience leading end-to-end technical delivery and incident management in high-availability environments.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and release management for Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture, development, and production support across enterprise initiatives.
• Own incident resolution for critical production issues (P1/P2) and perform root-cause analysis.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Establish engineering standards and govern best practices across delivery teams.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineers.
