Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to join our Nearshore team. You will drive advanced SFCC implementations, focusing on integrations, checkout, OMS, and performance improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with SFCC, SFRA, ISML, OCAPI/SCAPI, and content slots, plus strong API integrations and front-end exposure. Collaboration with distributed teams and agile practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SFCC, SFRA, ISML, OCAPI/SCAPI, and Content Slots.
• Experience with Business Manager, SFCC Job Framework, pipelines, and SFRA migrations.
• Ability to develop, customize, troubleshoot, and support enterprise e-commerce storefronts.
• Experience with e-commerce checkout processes and payment gateways (Adyen/Stripe).
• Experience integrating with Salesforce Service Cloud and OMS patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, troubleshoot, and support enterprise SFCC storefronts.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to join our Nearshore team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise e-commerce platforms using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud

• Strong experience with SFCC, SFRA, ISML, OCAPI/SCAPI, and Content Slots
• Experience with Business Manager, SFCC Job Framework, pipelines, and SFRA migrations
• Ability to develop, customize, troubleshoot, and support enterprise e-commerce storefronts

E-Commerce & Checkout

• Experience developing and integrating e-commerce checkout processes
• Payment gateway integrations such as Adyen or Stripe
• Tax integrations such as Vertex or Avalara
• Experience with fraud solutions and order capture
• Experience integrating with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Exposure to Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, and Loyalty Management
• Experience with Salesforce OMS / Order on Demand integration patterns

Integrations

• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent middleware
• Ability to design and troubleshoot integrations between SFCC and enterprise systems

Front-End Development

• Exposure to Vue.js or React is a plus

DevOps & Release Management

• Experience with Copado and/or CI/CD
• SFCC release and deployment management
• Experience managing sandbox, staging, and production environments

Performance & Optimization

• Experience with performance tuning and caching
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and e-commerce page performance optimization

Ideal Candidate

• Strong understanding of enterprise e-commerce architecture and integrations
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/enterprise development environments
