Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems Mexico seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer (7+ years) to lead the development and migration of CRM solutions into Salesforce. You will work with architects, owners, and delivery leadership to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce implementations.

You will design and implement complex Salesforce features, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices, governance, and high-performance solutions across the program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and automation tools.
• Experience building REST/SOAP API integrations with Salesforce.
• Experience designing enterprise integration patterns and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
• Own technical implementation for CRM migration and consolidation projects.
• Design scalable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using APIs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and ensure code quality.
• Establish development standards, security guidelines, and governance.
