About the role

Intelletrace, Inc. is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions that drive business value across our organisation. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical implementations, ensuring our Salesforce platform remains a powerful tool for enhancing operational efficiency and customer relationships. This role is based in Metro Manila and offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology whilst contributing to the success of a forward-thinking company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to meet business requirements

• Design and implement custom applications and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to Salesforce best practices and security standards

• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations and custom development to ensure quality and reliability

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems in Salesforce environments

• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

• Maintain and upgrade existing Salesforce implementations to leverage new platform features and capabilities

• Document technical specifications, system designs, and implementation details for future reference and knowledge transfer

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar development role

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component frameworks

• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and the Salesforce platform ecosystem

• Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools including Process Builder, Flow, and configuration

• Demonstrated expertise in API integration and REST/SOAP web services

• Knowledge of database design principles and relational database concepts

• Familiarity with version control systems and agile development methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in team environments

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer or Advanced Administrator (preferred but not required)

• Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks and debugging tools is a plus
