GHD, a global engineering and professional services firm, is seeking a Salesforce Data Administrator (hygiene) to ensure high data quality across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation. The role emphasizes governance, auditing, validation, and data hygiene across the CRM ecosystem.

You will work with a high-performing Marketing and Communications team, performing data governance, audits, and tooling for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in data analysis with strong focus on data hygiene and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (non-negotiable) and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/MCAE).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data matching, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve Salesforce data hygiene processes for client and marketing data.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain high data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data throughout its lifecycle.
• Stay current with data management trends and use analytics tools to monitor data quality.
• Train and mentor junior analysts on data hygiene best practices.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Salesforce Data Administrator (hygiene) to join the Marketing and Communications team. The role's primary function would be to ensure the highest data quality and integrity within GHD's Salesforce ecosystem through governance, auditing, validation, and hygiene best practices across the CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystem.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Oversee and improve Salesforce (both client and marketing) data hygiene processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Relational Database Expertise: Strong understanding of relational database principles
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity throughout the data lifecycle
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management and hygiene methodologies
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools to monitor data quality and generate insights for continuous improvement
• Train and mentor junior analysts on data hygiene best practices and standards
• Proactively update your manager on work progress, improvement opportunities, potential issues and other relevant info
• Develop and maintain collaborative and positive relationships with your team, shared Finance and other IS teams
• Continually build your knowledge of GHD's business and technologies (particularly in the Clients and Marketing space) and keep up to date on industry trends and technologies

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in data analysis with strong focus on data hygiene and governance
• Hands - on experience with Salesforce CRM (non-negotiable requirement) and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/MCAE)
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions: demonstrate expertise in utilizing fuzzy logic for data matching and approximate string comparisons, implementing VLOOKUP for efficient data retrieval and lookup operations, and creating and managing complex pivot tables for dynamic data analysis and reporting
• Proven track record of improving data quality and implementing data governance frameworks

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

This job offer can be based either in Makati City, Quezon City or Cebu office, depending on your home base/location.
