Job summary

Inchcape Philippines, part of the Inchcape global network, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to drive the strategic admin, governance, and long-term health of the Salesforce platform. You will enable Salesforce as a core business platform, supporting sales growth, operational efficiency, and regional scalability while guiding engineering teams.

You will lead architecture, automation, deployments, and security programs, mentor engineers, and translate business needs into actionable Salesforce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Engineering roles.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator Certification advantageous.
• Strong governance, security, compliance, and enterprise-scale admin expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce platform strategy, admin, governance, security, and releases across domains.
• Design and approve complex Salesforce architectures, automations, integrations, and data management.
• Oversee deployments, environment management, platform performance, and scalability.
• Define enterprise standards for security, compliance, data governance, and health.
• Translate business objectives into Salesforce roadmaps and tech solutions.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for documentation and onboarding.
• Evaluate releases, identify tech debt, and guide platform adoption.

Our Digital Experience Platform is looking for aSalesforce Administrator will be responsible for the strategic administration, scalability, governance, and long-term health of the Salesforce platform. You will help position Salesforce as a core business and revenue platform, supporting sales growth, operational efficiency, and regional scalability while providing technical leadership across engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce platform strategy, administration, governance, security, and release management across Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales domains.
• Design, review, and approve complex Salesforce architectures, automations, integrations, and data management solutions.
• Oversee deployments, environment management, platform performance optimization, incident response, and scalability initiatives.
• Define and enforce enterprise‑grade standards for security, compliance, data governance, and platform health.
• Translate business objectives into Salesforce capabilities, roadmaps, and technology solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Mentor Salesforce Engineers, drive technical excellence, and establish best practices for documentation, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate Salesforce releases, identify technical debt and improvement opportunities, and guide strategic platform adoption.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Engineering roles
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator Certification is a strong advantage
• Strong expertise in Salesforce governance, security, compliance, and enterprise‑scale administration
• Hands‑on experience with Experience Cloud, Community Portals, SOQL, Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Workbench
• Proven success leading complex automations, deployments, environment strategies, and integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, DevOps, CI/CD practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SDLC
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills
