Inchcape Digital is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead governance, security, and long-term health of our Salesforce platform. You will translate business needs into scalable architecture and drive platform adoption across sales, marketing, and Aftersales.

5+ years in Salesforce roles and certification are required, with Experience Cloud and CI/CD know-how. A hybrid work model is available with growth opportunities in a global tech-enabled automotive network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Engineering experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
• Strong governance, security, compliance, and enterprise-scale admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce platform strategy, administration, governance, security, and release management across Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales domains.
• Design, review, and approve complex Salesforce architectures, automations, integrations, and data management solutions.
• Oversee deployments, environment management, platform performance optimization, incident response, and scalability initiatives.
• Define and enforce standards for security, compliance, data governance, and platform health.
• Translate business objectives into Salesforce capabilities, roadmaps, and solutions delivering measurable value.
• Mentor Salesforce Engineers and establish best practices for documentation and onboarding.
