Job summary

Probe CX in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Team Leader to drive the sales program and achieve targets. You will collaborate with leaders to implement integrated sales strategies, coach the team, and deliver actionable insights across customer interactions.

Responsibilities include coaching, target setting, performance analysis, training, staying updated on market trends, and promoting a positive team environment to maximize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Sales Team Leader experience in a BPO set up.
• Must be amenable to work in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati

Responsibilities

• Provide regular feedback to sales team members on their performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement through one-on-one coaching.
• Keep the sales team motivated and engaged, especially during challenging times, by providing encouragement and support.
• Set realistic and achievable sales targets for individual team members and the team as a whole.
• Analyze the performance of sales team members, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
• Provide training to sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide the sales team with relevant insights and information.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to discuss and action best practices for promotional and sales strategies.
• Identify and analyze areas of lead & revenue generation opportunities and monitor the sales agent’s overall effectiveness throughout the sales process
• Review performance and sales data to identify gaps and work with Management, analysis and specialists to develop solutions and/or further analysis.
• Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly and annual targets and goals
• Collaborate with key leaders on conducting team meetings to increase Sales coach and team sales success
• Produce a monthly and quarterly business review outlining team’s performance and growth.
• Develop and deliver impactful promotional communications, sales scripting and templates to the direct sales teams
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation among team members.
