Job summary

Concentrix in Manila is seeking a Team Leader (Sales) to supervise a group of call center associates daily and drive performance through coaching and accountability.

You will manage escalations, ensure timely promotions, and conduct weekly coaching sessions to improve accuracy and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory sales experience, a college degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escalations: TLs handle second level escalations.

We are looking for a Team Leader (Sales) and the Team Leader is responsible for the day-today supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

Profile Requirements

• 2 years of supervisory experience with strong performance management skills in Sales Accounts (Upselling, Pure sales)
• College graduate. If SHS, with two to three years of relevant experience in the contract
• Highly motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Escalations: TLs shall handle second level escalations. This is when the SME is unable to resolve the query and the customer requests to speak to someone higher.
• Communication: TL shall ensure that teams are up to date with promotional comms and process update.
• Follow up and promptly respond on exec escalations and case handling feedback
• Coaching Sessions: TL shall regularly audit calls/emails for all their Consultants and provide feedback at a minimum one (1) coaching session per Consultants per week.
