Job summary

Insight Enterprises seeks a Tax Analyst I to join the North America Sales Tax team in Pasig. You’ll support tax return compliance, research, filings, audits, and the Tax Help Desk, while leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes and add value.

Collaborating with Finance, AP and Sales, you’ll work with SAP, Vertex, and Excel; prepare tax forms for vendors and clients and help maintain compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1–2 years of US taxation or related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft programs; SAP and Vertex a plus.
• Able to thrive amid changing requirements and motivate AI/automation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with an innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support tax return compliance and tax research for US sales tax.
• Prepare tax forms for vendors and clients; file tax returns and unclaimed property where applicable.
• Assist with state/local tax audits and documentation.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries via Tax Help Desk; maintain data accuracy.
• Work with SAP, Vertex, Excel and other tools; support end-of-month cycles.
