Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering queries, providing product information, and addressing basic concerns.
• Support the sales team with daily activities, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and following up with customers.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing sales documents.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, preparing stock reports, and coordinating with the warehouse team for order fulfillment.
• Develop a basic understanding of glass and aluminum products to assist in responding to customer inquiries.
• Help process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate sales team members as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, promotional materials, and other sales initiatives.
• Support the coordination and logistics of trade shows, customer meetings, and other sales events.
