Clark Outsourcing in Angeles City is seeking a Sales Support Officer to handle inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate product information across CRM, inventory, and e-commerce systems.

You will answer calls, manage emails, prepare quotations, and support sales operations across units while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and supplier purchase orders, sales quotations, and online orders.
• Use CRM, inventory, financial, and e-commerce platforms to retrieve and update information.
• Enter and update customer details, product information, and pricing records.
• Create new products in the system and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Prepare freight estimates and arrange deliveries.
• Learn the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Support sales operations across other business units when needed.

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

Job Location: NEPO Site 386 Rizal Extension (Cutcut IT Park), Corner Corazon St., Angeles City, Philippines

Quick Rundown: We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to handle customer inquiries, process orders, maintain product information, and provide sales support. The role involves answering phone calls, managing emails, processing e-commerce orders, and ensuring accurate information across different systems.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about orders, products, and services.
• Manage multiple email inboxes and ensure customer queries are handled accurately and promptly.
• Provide customer support through phone and online channels.
• Process customer and supplier purchase orders, sales quotations, and online orders.
