Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Sales Support Officer in Manila. The role focuses on ensuring complete loan documentation, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and moving CLAs smoothly through the credit process.

Responsibilities include consolidating sales reports, forecasting monthly bookings, and supervising Marketing Assistants to ensure timely action on CLAs and loan documents for each customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Management.
• Preferably with at least three years of experience in banking operations.
• With extensive credit skills and bank product knowledge.
• Has excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ensures loan documents are complete and properly executed by the customer.

Job description

The Sales Support Officer is responsible for any deficiency, approval and compliance of loan documents. He / She supports and works hand-in-hand with Business Sales Officers and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of loans requirements, movement of CLAs in the application/credit process without delay, consolidate and prepare sales reports, forecast monthly booking and strategizes and orchestrates prioritization of accounts, supervises the activities and task of Marketing Assistants.
