Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated above.
• Minimum three years of banking operations experience.
• Extensive credit skills and bank product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with customers to complete requirements.
• Review loan requirements for completeness.
• Ensure CLAs move through the application/credit process without delay.
• Coordinate with Fulfilment for documentation and approval implementation.
• Forecast monthly bookings and strategize prioritization of accounts.
• Supervise Marketing Assistants' activities to ensure CLAs are acted upon.
• Ensure loan documents are complete and properly executed by customers.
