Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time inventory and determine sales availability.
• Execute strategic order allocation based on volume priority and profit margin.
• Build customized delivery schedules to ensure target fulfillment for key accounts.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to align delivery windows with customer receiving schedules.
• Analyze weekly sales trends to provide production teams with demand forecasts.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly reporting on volume sold, margins, and accounts.
• Generate and distribute reports: Sales Forecasts, Account Status, and Aging Reports.
• Maintain sales dashboards for actionable operational metrics.
