Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Davao City seeks a customer-focused Teller to handle deposits, withdrawals, and related transactions with accuracy and speed while delivering friendly service to clients.

You will promote bank products, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and support daily branch operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite work is required in the Davao City area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations preferred but open to fresh graduates
• Proficiency in computers and business applications

• Willing to work onsite within Davao City Area

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting bank’s products and services
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting/offering bank’s products and services.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Proficiency in Computer and business applications
