Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Manila is seeking an experienced account management professional to support BD Sales in accrediting new clients and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will handle CRM creation, contract recordings, and insurance bookings while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong English, logistics knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication. A dynamic, global work environment awaits with opportunities for growth and exposure to air, ocean, and other

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience working across Air & Ocean and other products in the country.
• Regularly works with customers and provides solutions.
• Account management and handling.
• Knowledge of local and international logistics industry.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and develop relationships at the local level including customer organizations.
• Ability to develop highly collaborative and productive relationships internally.

Responsibilities

• Organize accreditation of new clients in compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements.
• Support BD Sales members and ensure compliance and adherence to set KPIs.
• C-View (CRM) UmiD creation; account verification and account transfer.
• Register and enroll new clients in BIZAGI tool.
• Manage customer contracts and SOP recording and management.
• Handle insurance rates and insurance bookings.
• Review and manage customer contracts engagement and management.
• Oversee Office supplies, business cards and transport service requirements for BD Sales members.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities as needed from time to time.
