Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of sales management experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, as is experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the commercial kitchen or HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café/Catering) industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in sales CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Willing to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.

Responsibilities
